If you are a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for professional barbering, hairdressing and animal grooming, then we have an opportunity for a results-driven individual to join our sales and marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager - Western Europe, this role will be responsible for driving growth by increasing brand and product visibility through online and in-store activations with key retailers in the UK. This position will work closely with the UK Sales Manager and collaborate with the wider EMEA trade marketing team.

Skills And Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the consumer goods or beauty/grooming industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles.
  • Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Solid understanding of print production processes and digital marketing requirements.
  • Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for design that resonates with customers.

Key Responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Design and create high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including but not limited to: product images, banners, social media graphics, email templates, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and graphics teams to develop engaging visual concepts for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Work with the product design team to create product packaging that aligns with the brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Develop and optimize visual content for web, social media, and other online platforms to drive customer engagement and brand recognition.
  • Assist in video editing and motion graphics to create dynamic, shareable content.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the brand's visual identity.
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all visual assets align with the brand identity, values, and target audience.
