Position
As an Area Lead in the Blue team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a professional and high-performing team, while working closely with the wider management team to drive success and achieve key objectives.

Salary
London salary: £29,000 per annum with bonus
Outer-London salary: £27,500 per annum with bonus
You will also have the ability to earn Warden bonus through PCNs issued.
Hours: 40 per week
Location: This role is to cover the North London team and the successful applicant will be based in the North London area.

Position
As an Area Lead in the Blue team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a professional and high-performing team, while working closely with the wider management team to drive success and achieve key objectives.
Responsibilities And Duties
- To support their Area Manager and the wider team to achieve key business targets.
- To competently support the team by providing training and constructive feedback.
- To consistently achieve against KPI’s
- To work collaboratively with your team to ensure best practise is shared
- To efficiently plan routes with the use of navigation apps and knowledge of the region
- To patrol car parks in your designated area
- To issue Parking Charge Notices to offending vehicles as per site specifications
- To work with members of the public in a professional manner, even in confrontational situations
- To provide ideas to support the continuous improvement and development of our processes and systems.
- To act as an initial point of contact for queries from the team.
Who you are
- A hard working and motivated individual
- Adaptable to changing plans and team requirements
- An excellent communicator, at all levels and through various methods
- Must be able to legally live and work in the UK
- Able to travel extensively in your team's area of NW London and outer area
Salary
