We're now looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our growing Supply Chain Planning Product team, working in close partnership with our Replenishment (F&R) squad.
In this role, you'll become the face of Replen, driving the systems and processes that ensure our products are in the right place at the right time — helping us maximise sales, serve our customers better, and operate efficiently across our network.

What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of replenishment systems and ensure seamless stock movement into and around our network.
- Drive an automation-first approach, enabling smarter replenishment with minimal manual input.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to build flexible, future-ready replenishment technology.
- Lead the continuous improvement of our store replenishment product and scope solutions for non-store sites.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset in every feature and iteration.
- Work cross-functionally to shape a best-in-class end-to-end (E2E) replenishment system.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Maintain and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing value, urgency, and development effort.
- Contribute to our long-term product strategy aligned with Holland & Barrett's 3-year vision.
- Strong experience working in cross-functional product teams, ideally within retail or supply chain.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to speak the language of tech and business.
- A solid understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to write clear, concise product tickets.
- Experience in replenishment, retail, or supply chain product management is highly desirable.
- A proactive, flexible mindset and a passion for delivering continuous improvement.
