City: Blackburn, England
Contract type: Full time

Facilities Office Assistant
Location: Hybrid Preston (with regular travel to other offices)
Start Date: End of July / Early August
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week)
Reporting to: Facilities Manager

We’re hiring a Facilities Office Assistant—ideal for someone who doesn’t want to be stuck behind a desk all day.

This role combines office-based admin and data work (using MS Office) with practical, hands-on tasks like restocking stationery, minor repairs, and occasional redecorating. If you're willing to learn, we’ll train you in our systems and basic maintenance—making it a great step up from a purely admin role.

You’ll be based in Preston, with regular travel to our other offices, including the potential for one day a week at our Blackburn office. Mileage and parking costs are covered. As our Facilities team grows from two to three, you’ll be a key part of ensuring our workplaces remain safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
